I made the mistake of mentioning to a co-worker that there exists, somewhere in a dark corner of the internet, a blog written by me. He took it as a challenge and said, "oh, I WILL find it." I have not doubt that he will find it quickly if he applies himself. He's quite savvy, and I haven't really masked my identity, aside from trying not to name my employer too often.

So, Doug, welcome. Let me know when you arrive. Readership is down from 3 to 0 these days anyway, so I expect this blog's days are numbered. Too busy actually doing work to do much ruminating these days anyway.

I will say, while I'm here, that I had a fabulous lunch today at a Mexican restaurant/bakery. The whole place smelled wonderfully of cinnamon. I'd known about it for years but just never been there. Now I'm torn b/c this new place may be even better by the little dive near my house that I visit faithfully at least once a week. I'm having a restaurant affair; I've been seduced by Mexican baked goods. Also, they sell beautiful pinatas.
